Adolfo Grimaldo
A graduate of the Santa María la Antigua Catholic University, Republic of Panama, Faculty of Law and Political Science, with a Bachelor of Laws degree (1987); and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree (1989) from Boston University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
He was a partner at Grimaldo y Tejeira from 1990 to 2025 and is currently a partner at FACA Abogados, with over 35 years of experience in labor law, advising national and international companies in various negotiation processes, both individual and collective, and in other labor-related matters. He also practices commercial law as legal counsel in the formation of various legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, and as legal counsel to several Boards of Directors, and as a regulatory advisor to foreign companies.
On August 11, 2025, the National Bar Association awarded him the Pedro Prestán Medal, given to lawyers with 25 years of experience, highlighting his work in the practice and defense of Labor and Social Law.
