Graduated from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama, Faculty of Law and Political Science, where she earned a degree in Law and Political Science (2007), with a Master’s in Business Law (2009) from Aden Business School – Universidad de Alta Dirección and a specialization in Business Law (2009) from The George Washington University (Business School).

Ms. Franco specializes in civil and commercial contracts, the establishment and management of companies in various jurisdictions, as well as private interest foundations, mergers, acquisitions, and immigration and administrative procedures.
