Graduated from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama, Faculty of Law and Political Science, with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science (2010), a Master’s in Commercial Law (2014) from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama, a Specialization in Taxes from the Universidad Especializada del Contador Público Autorizado (2017), a Master’s in Taxation and Fiscal Management from the Universidad Especializada del Contador Público Autorizado (2017), and a Certification in Legal English for Lawyers Program from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law (2019).

Mr. Escobar specializes in tax law, civil and commercial contracts, intellectual property, the establishment and management of companies in various jurisdictions, corporate restructuring, administrative procedures, as well as private interest foundations, estate planning, among other areas.
