Graduated from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama, Faculty of Law and Political Science, with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science (2020), a Master’s in Procedural Law from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama (2021), a Diploma in Human Rights and Conventionality Control from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua, Republic of Panama (2020), and a Diploma in Labor Law from Universidad del Caribe, Republic of Panama (2021). Currently, Mr. Torres is pursuing a Master’s in Labor Law, Procedural Labor Law, and Social Security at Universidad Externado, Bogotá, Colombia.
