2005
FACA Abogados was founded in the year 2005 in Panama City, Republic of Panama, providing legal services to individuals, businesses, and organizations, contributing to their sustainability and value creation processes. We have become a strategic ally in the business endeavors of our clients.
2012
In the year 2012, FACA Abogados entered into partnership agreements with prestigious law firms in Latin America, such as Arteaga, Palacios & Ortega in Venezuela; Bufete Roig Mora in Costa Rica; and Infante, Valenzuela y Molina in Chile. This was done with the aim of providing a comprehensive service platform for our multinational clients.
2017
FACA Abogados received the 2017 2017 Corporate Intl Global Awards; and the 2017 Global Law Experts Annual Awards, both as the Firm of the Year in the Mergers and Acquisitions category in Panama (M&A Law Firm of the Year in Panama).
